The Freedom is Within coaching staff are all extremely qualified in areas such as psychology, human resources, finance, executive coaching, relationships and even more complex matters such as ADHD.

Before you sign up with one of our coaches, you will get an intro call to discuss if we are a right fit.

Next, you will get an assessment session, followed by a custom blueprint.

Then you will be matched with a coach who has specialised training in your area of concern.

Depending on your package, you can opt for weekly sessions with your dedicated coach. Each session will run for 60 minutes. 

Our coaches are here to help you. Sometimes they will create tasks that fit within your time and schedule. We like to refer to this as 'homeplay' and can look like taking down a couple of notes while drinking a cup of coffee, or even committing to a 5 minute task each day.

Most of our clients start seeing results as soon as their first session. We believe it is all about mindset and allowing yourself to take action as soon as possible.

If you decide to commit to one of our full packages, you will be prompted to sign an agreement and submit payment.

You will also get access to tools and resources to accelerate your results.

Our Client and Coach Coordinator will organise your first session, and subsequence sessions will be organised by your dedicated coach.

We work with directors and board members of publicly listed companies, and others who do not want their information shared.

Yes we have coaches who have specialised knowledge in human resources, executive leadership and business. 

Depending on your location, one of our team members can do in-person workshops.

Most of our sessions are conducted via Zoom, however we can do in-person for certain areas upon request.

Yes we have payment plans available for all of our options to ensure we are able to help everyone move forward, no matter where you are at.

Because of the service-based nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds on completed programs. You can opt for a free 15 minute mini session with your coach before you commit to any program.

You can also request a refund after your first full session if you do not believe we can help you achieve the results you are after.
